I knew Joe as a teenager along with his sister Carmen and brother Paul. He was a close friend of my cousin Alfonso and an adopted member of the family, he was always welcomed. As a Vietnam vet and "lifer grunt" I know the importance of medics in a infantry unit and he represented them well. Love you, Joe.
