Good morning, sir. I have had several drinks with you and the crew, at the Wall. I came very close to flying with you that morning. You know, it's kind of symbolic where you guys went down, on the mountain overlooking a Japanese tanker sunk in World War II. Clear left, sir, we're inbound at last.

Because of a family friend of yours, a lady that I worked with at Heath Company, I was given your address and we wrote back and forth for a few months. Unfortunately, we were never meant to meet each other. I have often wondered how things could have been so much different. I still have the long, narrow cloth item you sent with "Viet Nam" embroidered on it. Although I was never fortunate enough to meet you or even know what you looked like, I've thought of you many times over the past 30 years. You will always have a place in my heart.

Went to the Veteran's Museum in Branson, MO yesterday. First thing I did in the VietNam room was look up your name. Wish it wasn't on there. Thought again of the cloth you sent over 20 years ago, still in my drawer. Always in my heart -- Chris
