16 Dec 2000 Nick was born 9/12/48, born and raised in Onarga, Illinois. I never knew Nick,but I am good friends with his cousin, Nick Tilstra (who was named after Nick H.). We used to live next door to the Hollingsworths in Onarga IL. I was only 6 then so I never knew him (or was even aware of a war going on!). The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1903 in Onarga was named after Nick Hollingsworth, but unfortunately it is now closed. My daughter made me aware of this site. I'm not sure what all you can put in his page but anything you could find out about him and include would be greatly appreciated! I hope you can help, I want to keep his memory alive and make him known to the younger people in town who know nothing of him or what he fought and died for!! Kevin Gray nookie@colint.com

22 Dec 2006 Just doing a web search on my Grandfather's name, Nicholas Hollingsworth, and found this site. I note that 'Nick' died on my birthday in 1968. He is not forgotten. Don Hollingsworth E-Mail will be forwarded by the Webmaster@VirtualWall.org
