I was a fellow Marine Recruit with Lee in boot camp, at MCRD San Diego, in August 1965, Platoon #267. Lee arrived in Vietnam in February 1966 and served in a Tank Platoon until his death from enemy action. I can still remember his "southern drawl".

Semper Fi, Marine, you are not forgotten.
