William Howard Keeler is on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Panel 28W Line 027.
A member of my Platoon. Bill Keeler was on the promotion list and was to have been an E5 in April 69. Bill was a member of a squad clearing a known mined area for the 1st Cav at Camp Godard, Phouc Vinh. So many have been effected by his passing that day. He was to marry the girl back home. I recall Bill Keeler had an incredibly infectious smile. 36 years later, I still remember you.
