Ferrell was my brother-in-law. Although I was only 7 years old when he was killed I would like to post this remembrance to him.

Ferrell, you are remembered!

Ferrell was my brother-in-law. I didn't get to meet him, he died before his brother and I got married, but I always heard what a good man he was.

Ferrell, you have a wonderful niece named Sarah Letha Messer and we all love and miss you very much.

Troy Jr. and your sweet mother are in heaven with you now... so take care of them til we can all meet again.

We love you
Shela & Sarah

From his sister-in-law,
Shela (Messer) Bullock

I didn't know Ferrell, but I've heard stories about him because he is my great-uncle.
