I am in contact with your friends Dave and Randy. They were with you when you were killed. Dave has told me what happened. Both Dave and Randy fondly remember you.

You and I share a last name. I never knew you but I know that I will NEVER FORGET YOU!

Dear Bruce,

You paid the ultimate sacrifice for your country 35 years ago today.

As I 'talk' to you each day I see that wonderful, broad smile of yours. I also hear 'Groovin' by The Rascals in my mind each day. It was your favorite song. It will forever be a link to you.

You are remembered with respect and love. I feel as if you were my 'brother'.

I know you had a part in what happened to me when The Moving Wall visited my city. I only pray that some day I understand 'why?'

With love,
Patty

You are not forgotten, Bruce.

This is for you..... Groovin' by The Rascals

Thank you for serving. You paid the ultimate for your country.

Some people live an entire lifetime and wonder if
they have ever made a difference in the world ...
but the Marines don't have that problem.
