From Mount Wolf, Pensylvania, Randy Schell was one of ten children of Dot and Henry Schell. He was graduated from Northeastern High School and was married with one child, a daughter, Lori.

Assigned to C Company, 1st of the 26th Infantry, Randy served in the area northwest of Saigon, where he was killed in action on 18 July 1968.

Randy is sorely missed by his friends and family.
