George grew up in the then small town of Montvale, NJ. He was a year behind me but at that time everyone knew everyone and we all hung out together, riding bikes all over the place. My sister Jo remembers George well as she and George were in the same grade. I do remember George as a very laid back individual who always had a smile for everyone. I can't remember, but I think George came from a family with a lot of siblings. George was killed shortly after my wedding day and I never found out about his loss until recently as I had moved away after marrying. I am saddened by his loss and all those lost who would be my age now and enjoying their grandkids. George, you are in my thoughts. May you know you are not forgotten.
