REMEMBERED

I left Chicago with Terry Michael Ward and arrived in San Diego, CA, on August 25, 1967. Training commenced on August 30, 1967 and we graduated on October 24, 1967. We were in the Third Battalion, Platoon 3056. Our Platoon Commander was G/Sgt. G. Monita. Our Drill Instructors were T. G. Corr and A. C. Minnifield.

We went to different training facilities after boot camp, and I didn't know he had been killed until a few weeks ago.
