I did not know Harry very well but I owe my life to him. As we were gearing up for a mission in late 1969 he came up to me and asked me if it would be OK if he walked point that morning because I would be leaving country soon and he wanted the experience. I said sure. We mounted the choppers and headed out. On landing I took over Harry's job as RTO (fourth man in column) and Harry took the lead. Ten minutes into the mission one shot from a sniper caught Harry in the chest and killed him... that was my bullet. I will never forget you, Harry.
